Lovely neurosurgeon friend, Dunia, makes it possible for me, and those with me, to go into many hospitals in Cali. When she has time, she’ll go around the various wards/patients with us, and I got her to tell, as a top doctor, some of the stories, including the healing of a whole ward (about 60-70) of terminally and critically sick children (Dunia refers to it as an ‘aisle’ – it was actually four long corridors):
